About Us
SNA Transport was established in 2005, a family run business with an ever growing team with a collective of more than 40 years of experience in both SEN transport and private hire. SNA transport has expanded out to its new office in North Cheam, where you can come in and book for all your occasions, our welcoming staff are on hand to help you, no job is to big or to small, SNA Transport owns a range of accessible and non-accessible vehicles, operating a 24 hours phone line for all your queries and booking assistance.
Having worked with the local authorities closely, the director Sofia herself holds more than 30 years of experience in the social and SEN sector, having worked her way up from a passenger assistant, obtaining her PCO License and becoming the director of three successful companies within the same industry, working closely with communities donating vehicles and supporting causes. Sofia has made a name for herself in the industry as a well-respected and trusted woman, who shares a love and passion for the work she does within the SEN subdivision. SNA Transport prides themselves on offering a safe and reliable services, whether it be our private hire customers or working with local authorities, private schools and social services. SNA Transport works with highly trained drivers and Passenger assistance who hold; first aid Training (Including elliptic training), MIDAS or PATS, and safeguarding

Director

Sofia has been in the industry for over 30+ years, her love for transport started off as a driver for local elderly communities for a number of years providing day trips to Wales, Brighton and Isle of White, Moving onto SEN transport, where she continues to flourish, Sofias’ passion for transport thrived, becoming a force to be reckoned with as she went from working for companies to creating not only one company but three, working with a number of local authorities and continuing to work with communities, where her love of transport began, she continuously seeks to give back to the communities, donating vehicles, her time and recourse’s while she continuously expands her operations, gowning the SNA transport name . Furth more Sofia has an extensive knowledge in wheelchairs, where she offers training to those eager to learn, while holding PATS sessions for both driver and passenger assistant as well as being a designated safe guard lead, Sofia is also first aid trained.
Saima
Director
Level 3 Safeguarding, PATS and First Aid trained
Saima has 5 years worth of experience working with SEN children, starting off as a passenger assistant to running SNA Transport, quickly adapting and learning all there is to know about SEN Transport, Saima has become well versed with wheelchairs, mapping of routes, organising training session for drivers and passengers assistance, researching into eco friendly fleet and day to day logistics. Level 3 Safeguarding, PATS and First Aid trained.
Fareena
Director
Level 3 Safeguarding, First Aid and PATS certificate
Fareena is one of youngest team members with 6 years of experience in the transport industry, her journey began off as work experience, Fareena quickly developed an understanding, love and compassion for the SEN transport sector, retuning back to SNA Transport she quickly rose to the top and became an operations manager, Fareena learnt the ropes, working from the bottom up, having worked on and off the road, Fareena became well versed with onboard transport working as a passenger assistant to behind the scenes, mapping out routes, extensive wheelchair knowledge and day to day logistics. Fareena holds level 3 safeguarding, first aid and PATS certificate. Fareena has an amazing repour with local authorities and works closely with clients.
Kelly
Operations Manager
VOSA accredited, designated safeguarding lead in child and adult, PATS trainer, Buccal midazolam trainer, risk assessment officer, autism awareness officer
Kelly is a highly qualified Operations Manager with 15 years’ worth of experience in the transport industry, ROSA accredited, designated safeguarding lead in child and adult, PATS trainer, Buccal midazolam trainer, risk assessment officer, autism awareness officer, highly trained in child mental health awareness, and extremely knowledgeable with wheelchairs. Kelly is highly experienced working with SEN children and managing private hire bookings and is well versed with PSV licensing and vehicles.
